I am writing this letter of reference on behalf of Jason Adams, Principal, EMJ Consulting Group. Jason has been working with Savannah Bee Company since 2015. He was referred to our business to take on the responsibility of Construction Project I'1anager for our $15+ million annual retail expansion/roll-out.

Jason took immediate charge of the program, which was behind schedule and over budget. His knowledge of the construction planning and procurement process for a variety of services has been outstanding. Through his leadership and advice, the entire Project team has been able to keep on track even though there have been significant challenges with the project(s).

Jason has consistently demonstrated his highly qualified understanding of the total project needs and has offered a clear assessment as to how all project(s) should proceed.
